Crazy verdict. If you criminally damage something, then you've committed criminal damage. And criminal damage is against the law. Your own personal beliefs do not excuse you from the law of the country.
I might be anti-war, but I can't go around smashing up historic statues of WW soldiers and other such symbolic statues.
Yet they guys get away with it ?

Probably some on the jury were influenced by the other woke leftie members and worried about being seen as racist if going for a guilty vote.
The fact that the old bill stood by and let it happen in the first place is a scandal in itself. I believe Avon & Somerset police have a reputation for that kind of hands off non policing.

So does this mean that if someone was offended by a statue of Winston Churchill they could go and pull it down and not be prosecuted on the grounds that because it offended a tiny minority they had every right to do it?

In fairness it there was a statue of Muhammed then you could almost guarantee that;
a) Muslims didn't build it, and
b) Muslims would be toppling it, and
C) whoever built it had better go into hiding ASAP

Sometimes I fucking hate this country.
I read the other day that THE most inoffensive Christmas show, Worzel Gummage had been complained about because there were a couple of jokes about Boobies and great tits.
They are real fucking birds you stupid cunts.

There are very few friendly/neutral statues of Mo in the West, mostly on buildings with legal significance, concentrating on him as a lawgiver.
Muslims have campaigned to get these removed, with success in around1955 in the case of one in New York, but with no results for the bas relief in the US Supreme Court building.

This is an utter disgrace. Loads of statues offend me I don't go dangerously smashing them up! Ironically 4 middle class White men with nothing better to do get let off. Obviously got a top lawyer. If it was 4 inner City kids who had a duty solicitor they would have got convicted. This kind of thing keeps happening and will erode out justice system.

As most of you know and are probably bored to death with, I was in an accident four months ago when a full on Burka'd up mare hit my bicycle from behind and I broke my pelvis in 3 places and six of my ribs.
Mrs Kahtome drove off to get her son as she couldn't speak English and I was in the ambulance when this lairy little fucker said 'are you di man who had an accident wi my mum coz she has a different account from you'.
I said 'you're the luckiest cunt in the world as if I wasn't so smashed up I would fucking kill you. I haven't even given an account because the police are not here yet'.
Two minutes later a four foot police woman along with PC Habbid turn up and the Muslim copper says 'well there's nothing we can do as there's no CCTV around and there are no witnesses'.
It was a total PC carve up. I said 'is this the way we're policed now, by surveillance? If a camera didn't catch it it didn't happen? Look at my back wheel almost folded in half and tell me if it looks like I crashed into a car or was hit at speed from behind".
He half-heartedly took a picture of the bike and let her go.
A few days later I got a letter from the police saying that a (lovely) woman was dealing with the case and could I submit evidence that I had. Two West Ham supporters, a bloke and his dad had dragged me unconscious from the road before another car could hit me and I will be forever grateful to them as they agreed to be witnesses.
Anyway, a few days ago I got a letter from the police saying that she was completely to blame and had to take an expensive online driving test and then another proper driving test.
I'm telling you this because there IS common sense out there if you are lucky to get someone decent on your case.
